He that drinketh strong beer and goes to bed right mellow,
Lives as he ought to live and dies a hearty fellow.
Come, landlord, fill the flowing bowl until it does run over,
For tonight we’ll merry, merry be -
Tomorrow we’ll get sober!
- Old Song.
The Prodigal Brewing Company is among New Hampshire’s smallest breweries, and thus is in the best of arms of stout comrades. Every town naturally deserves its own public house, at a minimum going rate of one or more per capita, to loyally serve the palates of their countrymen. So if you’re e’er in need of ale or beer, and are by rare chance at the byway of Old Candia Road, stop in for a tipple.
